PLM Business Analyst (all genders)
The person in the role of PLM Business Analyst (all genders) will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Solution Architect and Product Owner in various projects within the area of PLM Solutions. The responsibilities of this person will also include participating in the execution and/or carrying out of PLM projects with METTLER TOLEDO.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying, developing, and supporting business process improvements related to PLM,
Gathering and analyzing customer needs to translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements,
Collaborating with the Solution Architect or independently transforming business requirements into functional specifications for PLM applications,
Ensuring all solutions delivered by the PLM team comply with established policies and guidelines,
Supporting the definition and implementation of template processes and end-to-end delivery,
Keeping up to date with the latest PLM tools and features,
Advocating a "configuration first, customization second" approach,
Creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria,
Conducting testing based on acceptance criteria, acting as or supporting the Product Owner,
Delivering training sessions for new functionalities and refresher courses,
Providing third-level support for complex PLM application issues,
Collaborating closely with Solution Architects and Product Owners throughout project phases.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics or equivalent education,
Good knowledge of the the following tools: PLM and ALM applications, Continuous Delivery supporting tools (e.g. Azure DevOps),
Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
Ability to communicate across different teams (i.e., R&D, Operations),
Independent and precise working style with strong problem-solving skills and understanding in complex processes and interdependencies,
Excellent team player capabilities and communication skills,
Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends,
Travel requirements up to 5%.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
CV selection – we contact selected candidates
Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
