Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join out team as a Data Steward! 🌐 Ensure precision in customer master data on SAP CRM and conduct quality checks. The challenge of this position is to maintain active and passive customers and material patterns in SAP.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain master data in SAP/CCT or CRM and MDG, focusing on Customer & Material master data,
• Create, extend, update, and archive customer and material master data,
• Perform quality checks and corrections on master data objects,
• Generate reports using standard and custom transactions,
• Support customer transition projects,
• Create tickets for mass and single changes via ServiceNow for the Data Governance Team,
• Participate in Data Governance initiatives, including Passive Governance reporting.

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 2 years of experience in data maintenance.
• Knowledge of data management tools (CRM / CCT / SAP MDG).
• Very good MS Excel skills.
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Polish (min. B2 level).
• Strong detail orientation and quality focus.
• Problem-solving attitude.
