EMEA Digital Workspace Engineer – Warsaw, Poland

Join our Digital Workspace team, supporting desktop technology for 20+ EMEA countries. We’re transforming to a unified, global model to boost collaboration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain end-user devices using Nexthink, Intune, and Ivanti.

• Produce regular performance and compliance reports; define and track KPIs.

• Collaborate globally on endpoint builds, refresh cycles, and new tool rollouts.

• Champion new technologies, including AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.

• Analyze endpoint data to proactively resolve issues.

• Serve as a technical contact for desktop services in EMEA.

Requirements

• 2+ years in digital workspace, desktop engineering, or endpoint management.

• Experience with Nexthink is essential.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Fluent English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or insurance.

• Power-BI dashboard creation.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Endpoint Admin, ITIL, Nexthink).

• PowerShell scripting for automation.

• Intune and Ivanti
