Currently we are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our Capture team! The Capture team uses intelligent technology such as optical character recognition (OCR), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) to intuitively extract relevant data from paper and digital invoices - including PDF, e-invoices, and EDI - eliminating the need for manual checks and reviews.
We are a team distributed over Poland, Sweden and Tunisia working in hybrid fashion where you will be located in the Cracow office, where we are working in R&D, DevOps, Customer Success, HR and IT, we are already over 80 people and still growing!
What you’ll do?

Make sure our cloud applications work great for customers.

Ensure our platform is the best to develop and run applications.

Find and implement improvements in Microsoft Azure infrastructure to ensure a secure, performant, and cost-effective environment.

Participate in defining best practices for how we should use Microsoft Azure effectively.

Oversee deployment of new software in production environments.

Automate all the things.
-
Monitor, measure and troubleshoot all aspects of our application and infrastructure.

Participate in incident management and postmortems with a focus on continuous improvement, ensuring lessons learned are shared and applied.
What kind of experience is relevant?
-
A solid knowledge of information technologies and cloud infrastructure: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role.

A system administrator (admin) background is preferred over a purely development background.

Running complex cloud native applications on a public cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.

Operating Kubernetes clusters in production. IaC (Arm/Bicep/Terraform), GitOps

You need to be able to write code to solve problem. We do a lot of scripting, and you should also be comfortable with developing in C# and .NET

CI / CD tools (Azure DevOps) are important to us. Experience in this area is useful!

Monitoring is also a big part of what we do (Grafana, Elasticsearch). Experience in this area is relevant.

We use both Windows and Linux, you should be comfortable and willing to work with both.
