Medius is a leading provider of cloud-based spend management solutions. We have offices spread around the world - Europe, North America, and Australia. We provide our solutions as SaaS. We are working with Microsoft Azure, Service Fabric, Kubernetes (AKS), Elasticsearch, Python, .NET, Grafana, Azure DevOps.
Spend management doesn’t ring a bell? This term describes the process from placing an order through its delivery, verification, invoicing to its payment. Our products help companies at every step of the purchasing process, increasing their security and speeding it up.
The most important thing to our organization is our employees – and we really mean it.
Join our one-of-a-kind Medius community as MLOps Engineer. Here, your expertise will matter, and your ideas will have real impact. We support, inspire, and learn from each other every day. If you’re ready for a place where people truly come first, Medius is the place for you.
What you’ll do?
-
Make sure our machine learning models run reliably, securely, and efficiently in production.
-
Work closely with Machine Learning Engineers to operationalize, automate, and monitor all steps of the ML lifecycle (data preparation, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring).
-
Maintain and improve our Azure-based ML infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, performant, cost-effective, and secure.
-
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for the continuous delivery of data/ML products.
-
Monitor, measure, and troubleshoot all aspects of ML application and infrastructure performance (Grafana, Elasticsearch, MLflow, Databricks, AzureML, Azure DevOps, Azure resources etc.).
-
Advocate for best practices in MLOps, automation, reproducibility, and data/model governance.
-
Participate in defining best practices for how we should use Microsoft Azure effectively.
-
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the community.
What kind of experience is relevant?
-
A solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
-
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
-
Running complex cloud-native applications on a public cloud infrastructure, with a strong preference for Azure and its ML-related services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions).
-
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) is essential for provisioning and managing our ML infrastructure.
-
GitOps principles for managing configurations and deployments.
-
You need to be able to write robust code to solve problems. We mostly work in Python and C#.
-
CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps) are critical for automating ML model training, testing, and deployment. Experience in this area is highly valuable!
-
Comprehensive monitoring and logging for ML models is a big part of what we do (Grafana, Elasticsearch, MLflow). Experience in this area is highly relevant.
-
Familiarity with data governance and versioning tools for ML datasets and models (e.g., MLflow, Databricks) is a strong plus.
-
We use both Windows and Linux environments; you should be comfortable and willing to work with both.
-
But most of all we value curiosity in new things and drive to use them!
Who will love it here?
-
You are a curious person who is eager to discover and implement new MLOps automation.
-
You enjoy getting things done and seeing the results of your ML models reliably running in production.
-
You think code and automation are much better than repetitive manual tasks, especially when it comes to managing the ML lifecycle.
-
You want to join a community of genuinely nice people that really care about their work and squeezing out these machine learning capabilities.
