Responsibilities:

• Participation in setting up new IT audit function.

• IT risks assessment for internal audit planning.

• Conducting high quality end-to-end IT audits with a risk-based approach, and multiple audit projects including independent assessment of compliance with DORA assessment and other applicable acts requirements.

• Execution of all aspects of IT audits engagements (including planning, scheduling, coordination, supervision, preparation of working papers and audit reports).

• Formulating clear, objective and relevant conclusions and practicable recommendations.

• Reporting of IT audits results to management and obtaining their sing-off.

• Following-up on action plans to ensure timely mitigation.

• Building and maintaining internal relationships with key stakeholders.

• Developing IT audit function, it’s related methodologies and manuals.

Join us, if you have:

• Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas.

• 3+ years IT audit experience with a risk-based and process-oriented focus, including Internal Audit experience in a regulated environment. Financial services, especially insurance, and health care provision experience are advantageous.

• Experience in: managing a small project team, working independently with own initiative as well as with coordinating with outsourcing services partners.

• Experience in: developing IT audit methodologies and manuals and data analytics.

• Knowledge of IT frameworks including COBIT, ITIL, NIST and ISO standards. Understanding of DORA requirements.

• Strong understanding of information security concepts and IT governance, risk and control, audit principles.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or CIA are highly desirable.

• Language Skills: apart from Polish, advanced English is required.
