Team leader & Senior Backend Developer

Medcase Health is looking for a highly experienced and capable Team Leader with Senior Backend development experience for the sole purpose of developing its new medical marketplace from zero to launch.

Your responsibilities will include the design and development of the medcase next-generation marketplace. This is a great opportunity to join our R&D Team which works with the latest technologies and builds advanced systems using state-of-the-art technologies.

As a team leader, you will manage the backend and frontend developers, you will help design and architect the system.

As we value your time, we developed a one-day recruitment process which by the end you will know if you are in or out. The recruitment process is as follows:
9:30 - 10 min intro and kickoff
9:40 - 10:40 - Let's get to know you interview
10:40-10:55 - Break
10:55-3:00 - Online Exercise
3:00-3:30 - Break
3:30-4:20 - Going over the solution of the exercise
4:20-5:00 - Culture fit and salary negotiations
