SAP HCM Consultant
We are currently looking for a Strong SAP HCM consultant required with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll (PY), supporting the design, development and enhancement of payroll-related solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Core Requirements:
Proven experience in SAP HCM implementations, particularly within Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting (PA/PY)
Hands-on expertise in SAP customization, including Infotypes, Wage Types, Schemas, Rules and Features
In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll components (tables, structures, programs, messages, views, transactions and function groups)
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Understanding of payroll-related legal and tax regulations
Background in solution design, analysis and functional testing
Familiarity with SDLC processes and enterprise-scale system delivery
Additional / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to ABAP Workbench
SQL or database knowledge
API and system integration experience
Knowledge of data dictionaries, reporting and forms
Experience with cross-functional HR and Finance systems
Exposure to international payroll contexts
