🤝 We would trust you with below responsibilities

• Part of the development sprint team, developing key components of the CMP platform using Spring or Mule Runtime and Java language.
• Analysing current solution and code base and giving recommendations for changes
• Improving system quality by detecting issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures
• Identify areas for code refactoring. Review and contribute to development process and procedures to assist in the continual improvement of the development team activities
• Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
• Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
• Investigating and testing new technologies where relevant
• Providing written knowledge transfer material

• Participate in the full software development cycle: design, develop, test, deploy and maintain

⚙️ The technologies we use

Java, Project Reactor, Kafka, Postgres, REDIS, Apache Hadoop, Apache HBase, Apache Phoenix, Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Apache Airflow, Python, Spring, and many other technologies

🔎🕵 WHO we are looking for

• Experienced developer (min. 2+ years) 
• Ability to work in remote environments
• Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design
• Well understanding of Reactive Design Patterns
• Practical experience in Reactive Programming, in context of near-real time solutions and high load strategies.
• Advanced understanding of different programming concepts Microservices, Messaging Systems, Relational/NoSQL databases, Streams.

👌 It would be great if you also

• Have knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: Kafka, REDIS, Docker, Spring Web Flow, Telecommunications protocols – RADIUS, Diameter
• Have Java Certifications
• Have knowledge of building auto scalable systems
• Being familiar with other programming languages like Go, JavaScript

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Telecommunication

Weronika will call you to talk about your experience, skills and your expectations.

2.    Interview with Skill Assessment 💻 (60 min) 

During that phase our Team Leader will check your experience, skills, tools knowledge and your way of understanding and communicating complex issues.

3.    Offer Call 📝 (30 min) 

You will talk to Weronika or the hiring manager again, who will share with you the cooperation conditions and present the tailor-made offer.
