Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 10,000 professionals, is looking for a SAP HCM/Authorization Support Consultant to join the team of our client and partner – Keter.

Responsibilities:
SAP HCM Configuration & Customization:
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP HCM modules, focusing on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Employee/Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionalities and processes.
Support & Maintenance:
- Handle maintenance, change requests, and ongoing support for SAP HCM systems.
- Provide timely and effective support to address and resolve client issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
SAP HCM Integration:
- Manage and support the integration of SAP HCM with third-party applications, ensuring smooth data flow and compatibility between systems.
Authorization Management:
- Implement and manage SAP HCM authorizations to ensure proper access control and security across modules.
- Work closely with security teams to define roles and profiles within the SAP HCM environment.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP HCM solutions based on their specific requirements.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
- Use strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Proven experience in handling maintenance, change requests, and ongoing support within the SAP HCM module
- Experience with SAP HCM integration with 3rd party applications
- Good knowledge on SAP Authorizations
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP HCM module, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM module functionalities with focus on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Time Management including ESS/MSS
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
Service Orientation:
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support to clients.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform detailed analysis when required.
