DevOps & Databricks Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps & Databricks Engineer to join the Amdocs product team (Data One), which is responsible for deploying innovative cloud-based solutions for major clients, including T-Mobile. This role involves collaborating closely with the team to support CI/CD pipelines, ensure zero-downtime deployments, and fine-tune Databricks configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize CI/CD processes across multiple cloud platforms.
• Design and implement zero-downtime deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to manage and configure Databricks environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DevOps pipelines and Databricks workflows.
• Contribute to the automation and scalability of infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with DevOps tools and best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks (configuration, deployment, optimization).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
