# Full Stack Engineer (React / Node.js)

**Location:** Remote / Hybrid (Kraków area)

**About the Project**
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our high-performing team and build a product for a global company in the MLM industry. This global web application supports Account Managers across multiple markets and is designed to enhance their experience and reduce time to data access.

The solution:
- Provides Account Management support for an international organization with global reach.
- Captures qualitative lead information to improve decision-making.
- Enhances Account Managers’ ability to consult effectively with customers.
- Leverages LLM (Large Language Model) agents to improve user performance and productivity.

You’ll join an experienced, international team focused on delivering scalable, data-driven, and user-friendly applications used across the world.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain web application features using React on the front-end.
- Implement server-side logic using Node.js.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate REST APIs and data pipelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the project.

**Requirements**
- Strong experience with React or other front-end framework (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS preferred).
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English (international team environment).

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Experience with Google Cloud BigQuery.
- Understanding of LLM/AI-assisted application design principles.
