Tableau Next / Slack Enterprise+ Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design Tableau Next KPI cockpits, calculated fields, and manage row-level security.

• Configure Slack Enterprise+ workflows, bot configurations, and alert routing.

• Surface agent performance metrics such as CSAT and SLA compliance in dashboards.

• Connect Tableau to Salesforce, Data Cloud, and external data sources.

• Build real-time Slack alerts for operational failures and business KPI thresholds.

• Manage dashboard governance and design self-service views for business users.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Tableau or BI delivery.

• Strong design sensibility focused on building actionable, outcome-labeled dashboards.

• Ability to iterate on delivery based on stakeholder feedback.

• Slack Enterprise administration experience is a strong plus; Tableau Next experience is preferred.
