Senior .Net Developer

Margo Consulting Poland is a consulting and technology company specializing in delivering top IT experts to leading financial and technology institutions across Europe.

We are now looking for an independent and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a strategic banking project. This role is ideal for someone who can act as a true support for the team – highly competent, asking the right questions, making well-informed decisions quickly, and maintaining a professional, detail-oriented approach to code quality and reviews.

We’re seeking a developer who:

- Works independently and takes ownership of decisions

- Contributes real value by asking the right questions

- Treats code reviews with precision and responsibility

- Has proven experience in large-scale enterprise projects (several teams of 7–10 members each)

- Feels confident in microservices architectures with hundreds of services

- Open to hybrid working model - 2 days a month in the office in Warsaw.

Required Skills (must have):

- C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework (.Net 8, 9 and 10 to be implemented)

- Angular, JavaScript

- SOLID principles, design patterns, IoC, DI

- unit testing – senior level

- Automated E2E testing (Cucumber)

- REST API – senior level

- Microservices architecture design & implementation – (hundreds of services)

- Docker & Kubernetes

- MSSQL, PostgreSQL

- CI/CD processes

- Tools: JIRA, TeamCity, Jenkins, Bitbucket & Git

- Operating Systems: Linux & Windows – regular level

- RabbitMQ, IBM WMQ, ElasticSearch, Splunk, Grafana – regular level

- Ansible – regular level (or willingness to learn)

Nice to Have:

-Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

-GitHub Actions experience would be valuable
