SalesForce Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Responsible for the team who will design, build and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automations.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and business analysts, QA team. 
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Omniscripts.
• Translate complex business and industry-specific requirements into scalable, performant technical designs.
• Good level of knowledge in user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence. 
• Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in alignment with product and tech roadmaps.
• Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) capabilities to influence future solutions.
• Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements.
• Stay current on Salesforce and Vlocity platform releases, features, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience in the Salesforce environment as a Product Owner or Salesforce Developer. 
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture 
• Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and declarative features.
• Be familiar with coding design patterns
• Proven experience implementing Vlocity components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and FlexCards.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Vlocity Certifications, and/or Copado Certification are strong pluses.
• Proven experience gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications required.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks).  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Media Cloud or Salesforce Industries / Vlocity components (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
• Preferred certifications : Salesforce administrator / App Builder / Business Analyst
