Product Owner — Agentic (Platform Journeys)
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Agentforce product backlog for agent-driven journeys, including sprint planning and defining acceptance criteria.
Design customer journeys such as campaigns, churn prevention, and onboarding recovery flows.
Specify, test, and iterate on agent prompts and evaluation harnesses with the engineering team.
Define and own per-journey success metrics, tracking conversion and time-to-value.
Bridge business owners and the IT delivery squad on priorities and scope.
Coordinate dependency management with data and integration tracks.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or functional consulting.
Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner in fast-moving sprints.
Strong outcome-focused mindset, prioritizing value delivered over feature volume.
Background in a B2B SaaS or adtech context is strongly preferred.
