Role overview:
As an Operations Support Engineer, you will work on application suport role and ensure the stability of the banking application system. You will work in a distributed team on a big project with many components and stay up to date with good practice.
As a member of the team, you are responsible for:
- Managing resolution of technical issues for application on many different layers.
- Coordinating resolution with various team members for majority of the issues.
- Analyzing root cause and assisting in efficient resolution of all production processes.
- Product control on a daily basis.
- Communicating with stakeholders.
The position is ideal for you if:
- You are familiar with SQL (must have) - Oracle is used in the project, but familiarity with any other SQL database is enough
- You know how scripts in SQL work,
- You have experience in supporting applications
- You have good communication skills,
- You know any scripting language (nice to have),
- You are self-motivated team player with good problem solving skills,
- You speak English well (must have).
