Kyriba Consultant / Global Finance Project Consultant

Main scope - It can appear in your daily responsibilities and tasks:

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Configuration and administration of the reference data, including setup of bank accounts, cash pooling, and connectivity with banks and ERP systems

• Technical support to internal users in case of issues, rejections, or incidents related to statement exports

Cash Accounting

• Configuration of accounting schemes and export setups to SAP (Oracle in the future)

  
  

Payments Management

• Configuration of payment formats and management of banking communication (protocols and standards: MT, SEPA, SWIFT)

• Testing and securing payment flows (signature rules, etc.)

• Technical support to internal users in case of payment issues, rejections, or incidents

Financial Transactions Management

• Configuration of financial instruments and management of transactions

• Cross-functional Activities

• Presentation of new features and UI updates to users

• Daily functional and technical support and assistance

• Project follow-up during deployment and integration of new banks

• Drafting of functional specifications

  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in treasury systems or financial systems implementation, ideally including Kyriba or SAP.

• Experience working in large multinational environments or global treasury operations

• Proven hands-on experience in Kyriba configuration and administration
