To ensure the required data for ServiceNow, Simpplr (Intranet) and linked applications / tools is up to date.
Prepare and run training sessions when it comes to new functions or modules in ServiceNow and Simpplr.
Prepare documentations for these tools as well as for business applications (e. g. update procedures).
To align and be part of the collaborative global IT teams in building, delivering roadmaps, standardise at every opportunity and align to one global strategy.
Cooperate with colleagues inside the team and other teams. Share knowledge and look for solutions.
To create reports in ServiceNow, Azure, AD and similar tools to fulfil demand of IT and audit.
To use Service Now as main ticketing and information repository
To support implementation or extension of ServiceNow modules and functions.
Profile:
High level, department and people collaboration and communication skills
High level IT Infrastructure networks knowledge, supporting focus on high availability, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange.
Excellent knowledge & understanding of IT compliance and monitoring activities
Ability to work in a business partner model (i.e. locally and centrally)
Understanding of all IT tools such as ServiceNow
Educated to degree level in IT or Business or comparable knowledge
Good skills of English language in writing and verbal.
