Description:
- Design beautiful dashboards that put users and their needs in the center
- Design UI solutions that balance user goals and business goals while fitting within the constraints of time, budget, and technology
- Innovate ways to solve challenging business and user experience problems
- Present concepts to gather feedback from stakeholders
- Liaise with developers to ensure an appropriate implementation of the design
- Continuously develop skills in designing BI applications
Required skills:
- Experience in designing dashboards, charts, and reporting applications
- Ability to visualize data
- Familiarity with BI tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
- Fluent in at least one prototyping tool (Figma, Axure, Adobe XD)
- Ability to elicitate and document requirements from users and stakeholders
- Ability conduct and lead the full iterative UX cycle, from user research, prototyping, user testing to UI Design,
- Ability to present designs clearly articulating design rationale
- Ability to lead workshops and moderate discussions
- Experience in designing enterprise solutions and applications
What we'll appreciate:
- Experience with developing BI dashboards, e.g. in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
- UI Design skills
- Familiar with concepts: MVP, Lean UX, User Research, UCD, Accessibility, Mobile First, Progressive Enhancement, BI, DW
- Experience in developing Product Style Guide
- Experience in international teams
