As our company is growing we are looking for IT Product Manager 💪
Purpose of the role
- Collaborate with engineering and other teams to enhance internal systems and ensure seamless integration,
- Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories,
- Support the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
What will you do?
- Act as the main point of contact between engineering and business teams for internal system improvements and integrations,
- Gather and document business needs, translating them into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows,
- Support the development and maintenance of a prioritized product backlog,
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve processes and outcomes,
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and compliance, to understand system requirements and priorities,
- Coordinate with external providers for seamless integration of third-party tools and APIs,
- Collaborate with QA team to ensure features meet acceptance criteria before release.

What do we expect from you?
- University degree,

3+ years of experience in product function or project management, preferably with a focus on internal systems or integrations,

Fin-tech and financial sector know-how would be an advantage.
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2) is required,
- Adequate skills in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating detailed documentation,
- Solid understanding of APIs and system integration concepts.

Independent in assigned duties,
- Team player with a proactive approach to finding solutions and overcoming challenges,
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to facilitate collaboration across teams.
