IT Product Manager

As our company is growing we are looking for IT Product Manager 💪

Purpose of the role 

• Collaborate with engineering and other teams to enhance internal systems and ensure seamless integration, 
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories,
• Support the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet internal and external stakeholder needs.

What will you do? 

• Act as the main point of contact between engineering and business teams for internal system improvements and integrations, 
• Gather and document business needs, translating them into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows, 
• Support the development and maintenance of a prioritized product backlog, 
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve processes and outcomes,
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and compliance, to understand system requirements and priorities,
• Coordinate with external providers for seamless integration of third-party tools and APIs,
• Collaborate with QA team to ensure features meet acceptance criteria before release.

What do we expect from you?

• University degree, 
• 3+ years of experience in product function or project management, preferably with a focus on internal systems or integrations,
• Fin-tech and financial sector know-how would be an advantage. 
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2) is required, 
• Adequate skills in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating detailed documentation,
• Solid understanding of APIs and system integration concepts. 
• Good communications / interpretation skills, 
• Independent in assigned duties, 
• Team player with a proactive approach to finding solutions and overcoming challenges, 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to facilitate collaboration across teams.
