Position Summary
We are looking for a project manager who will support our team of Technical Account Managers to manage IT delivery projects for our major global accounts. As part of the Global Technical Account Management Team, the candidate we are looking for is motivated to assist the team to deliver IT delivery projects with medium complexity. Duties include coordinating project efforts of team members within the accounts, within the IT organization, the client, as well as third parties. The Project Manager will focus on Project documentation (completing required templates) and communication (collecting project status information, meeting notes, reporting etc.). The ideal candidate brings some experience (1- 4 years) in handling projects in IT delivery environment. Knowledge on IT technology within the customer service delivery industry is of advantage.
Overall Responsibilities
- Document project scope, goals and deliverables
- Draft initial project plans and associated communications documents.
- Identifies resource needs for the project; establishes roles, expectations, and goals with identified team members from the functional areas
- Develops the project plan soliciting input from his/her team on the plan and project design
- Identify project dependencies and critical path
- Develops proposals for all changes requested that affect the project
- Establishes responsibility for assigned project/s tasks/milestones
- Establishes clear decision-making and communication processes; monitors project progress
- Participates in analyzing and resolving problems associated with technical issues, project resource issues, and project integration issues
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Supports project by leveraging best practices, experiences and know-how from other resources
- Identify and escalate issues and conflicts within the project team
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks/crises, and assist in planning risk responses
- Assist with project reviews, lessons learned and associated action planning (identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements)
Job Requirements
- Degree in Project Management or Business Administration
- Direct work experience (1-4 years minimum) in a project management capacity
- Excellent English spoken and written skills, additional languages (FR, DE, AR) welcome
- Experience at working both independently and in a team - oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Assumes leadership when structuring projects with project team members
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem - solving capabilities
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Flexible during times of change
- Willing to travel and work overtime as business needs require
- Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies quickly
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
