SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for Integration

Your Contribution:

• Implementation and ensuring data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM on-prem as well as other applications
• Advising and supporting in the implementation of common integration scenarios within the HCM landscape
• Be responsible for design, optimization, and the associated integration processes as well
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and root cause analysis in the operations of SAP integration solutions
• Ensuring consistent processes across solutions from technical perspective

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience and good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, BTP, SAP CPI (Cloud Process Integration) ABAP (OO)
• Knowledge of the data models of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM
• Knowledge about the Business Integration Builder and able to configure the mapping of organizational objects and personnel master data
• Understand SAP Integration Suite within the framework of prepackaged integration content
• Knowledge in ABAP OO and the implementation of BAdls
• You are familiar with the design, deployment and run of cloud integrations (SAP CPI scenarios) 
• Very good English skills
• Good functional knowledge of the various modules within SAP HCM system 
• Close collaboration with HR System Integration Architect
