On-site role: We expect candidates to work from office 4 days a week.
🧠 What you’ll work with
AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudFront, RDS, DocumentDB) as our primary cloud
Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm for container orchestration
Terraform for modular, production-grade Infrastructure as Code
CI/CD & GitOps with GitHub Actions and Argo CD
Observability & databases: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, MongoDB/DocumentDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse
✨ What you'll do
Design, build, and operate secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
Own and evolve our Kubernetes platform and deployment workflows
Build reusable Terraform modules and improve CI/CD pipelines
Strengthen reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency
Drive infrastructure decisions end-to-end in close collaboration with engineering
🔍 What we’re looking for
Strong hands-on experience designing and operating AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudFront, RDS, DocumentDB) with solid networking and security fundamentals
Production experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (modular, reusable, production-grade setups)
Solid working knowledge of Linux - system troubleshooting, networking basics, performance monitoring
CI/CD and GitOps experience: GitHub Actions, Argo CD
Observability stack experience: Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry - Experience operating databases in production: MongoDB/Amazon DocumentDB, ClickHouse, DB2, DynamoDB
Strong focus on reliability, security, automation, and cost efficiency
Ownership mindset with ability to drive infrastructure decisions end-to-end
Comfortable making pragmatic decisions with limited process and documentation
Confident English – you can easily communicate complex technical concepts
Team player – no lone wolves. You’re comfortable discussing tough problems, asking questions, and challenging ideas respectfully
