TIA Developer

We are looking for an experienced TIA Developer with expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Forms to enhance and maintain our TIA insurance system. This role involves developing and optimizing the platform, ensuring seamless integration with both internal and external services. Your Role:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the TIA insurance system using PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Forms
• Integrate the TIA platform with internal and external systems to ensure seamless data exchange
• Collaborate within an agile scrum team, working closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure the performance, security, and stability of the TIA system and its applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the TIA insurance platform
• Support ongoing system upgrades, enhancements, and optimizations
• Document system configurations, technical specifications, and implementation procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a TIA Developer, with strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Forms
• In-depth knowledge of the TIA insurance platform and its integration with enterprise systems
• Understanding of insurance processes, particularly in property and general insurance
• Proven ability to design and implement customized solutions within the TIA system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in integrating TIA with external services and third-party applications
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and security best practices
• Understanding of data modeling and optimization techniques for large-scale applications
