Are you ready to bring your TIA expertise to a leading European insurance provider?

We are looking for an experienced TIA Developer to join the client’s IT applications team, working on mission-critical insurance systems.

This is an opportunity to shape digital transformation initiatives, deliver new insurance products, and optimise enterprise-scale systems in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and develop solutions within the TIA platform

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system functionalities

• Design and implement new insurance products and modules (policy, claims, billing, finance)

• Integrate TIA with external and internal systems (APIs, web services, Oracle DB)

• Optimise system performance and business processes

• Conduct functional and technical testing, debugging, and issue resolution

• Support TIA migrations and platform upgrades

• Prepare documentation, reports, and technical specifications

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of professional experience with TIA system development

• Strong knowledge of Oracle DB and PL/SQL

• Proven experience in insurance domain systems (policy administration, claims, finance)

• Hands-on experience with system integrations (APIs, SOAP/REST, DB links)

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of .NET / C# or Java for custom extensions

• Familiarity with Graphtalk or other insurance core systems

• Experience in large-scale system migrations or transformation projects

• Awareness of modern development and security practices
