💼 Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment Support:

✅ Managing recruitment for IT services, software development, technology consulting, R&D outsourcing, embedded software, and electrical engineering ⚙️

✅ Sourcing candidates 🎯, conducting interviews 🎙️, and presenting top talent to clients

✅ Ensuring candidates meet job requirements and budget 💰

✅ Negotiating employment terms 🤝

🔹 Team Management:

✅ Supporting recruiters in sourcing the best candidates 🔍

✅ Assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance 📊

✅ Providing feedback, training, and development opportunities 📚

✅ Resolving team conflicts and ensuring smooth collaboration 🤝

🔹 Quality Assurance:

✅ Ensuring submitted CVs meet client expectations (skills, budget, availability) 📑

✅ Overseeing candidate verification processes ✅

✅ Maintaining high-quality standards in recruitment operations 🏆

🎯 Performance Expectations:

✔️ Proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles and the IT job market.

✔️ Previous experience in team management or a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.

✔️ Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.

✔️ Experience in managing recruitment pipelines and ensuring process efficiency.

✔️ Ability to set priorities, track performance metrics, and drive results within a fast-paced environment.

✔️ Sales and negotiation skills to support client acquisition and candidate placements.

✔️ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.

✔️ Fluent in Polish and English.

✔️ Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
