System Analyst with Payment Processing Experience

As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing payment infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth payment processing across POS, e-commerce, and digital platforms while driving compliance, security, and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and document payment transaction flows across different platforms, including POS, e-commerce, and digital wallets
• Work on payment system integrations with financial institutions and external partners
• Prepare business and system documentation using UML, BPMN, and process flows
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and IT teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and security standards
• Assess and enhance acquiring and settlement processes for improved efficiency and compliance
• Support system enhancements related to fraud prevention, payment authentication, and reconciliation

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis within payments, acquiring, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, POS transactions, online payments, and settlements
• Hands-on experience with payment standards such as ISO 8583, PSD2, EMV, PCI DSS, 3DS authentication, SEPA, SWIFT
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and SQL for business and technical process modeling
• Experience working with payment system APIs, integration flows, and third-party payment providers
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in payment acquiring and issuing
• Knowledge of clearing and settlement processes within payment networks
• Understanding of card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, or local payment networks)
