💼 Responsibilities:

✅ Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT services, software development, technology consulting, R&D outsourcing, embedded software, and electrical engineering ⚙️

✅ Sourcing top candidates through direct search, headhunting, and networking 🎯

✅ Conducting interviews 🎙️ and assessing both technical and soft skills of candidates

✅ Ensuring candidates meet job requirements, budget expectations, and availability 💰

✅ Negotiating employment terms and managing offer processes 🤝

✅ Supporting junior recruiters by sharing best practices and market insights 📚

✅ Contributing to team growth and maintaining high-quality recruitment standards 🏆

🎯 Expectations for Senior IT Recruiters:

✔️ 5-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements across various technical roles.

✔️ Strong knowledge of the IT market, including trends, technologies, and key skill sets.

✔️ Experience in sourcing, headhunting, and conducting technical interviews for IT, engineering, and R&D positions.

✔️ Ability to assess technical and soft skills and match candidates to client requirements.

✔️ Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing the offer and closing process.

✔️Proficient in using ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools for efficient candidate management.

✔️Fluent in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
