Are you an experienced Python / AI Tech Lead ready to shape enterprise-scale GenAI solutions and lead high-impact AI initiatives across international markets? This role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on engineering, solution architecture, and technical leadership within a large, mature AI organization operating across Europe and the US.

You will join a well-established AI and Data Engineering department (40+ engineers) within a global professional services organization from the consulting industry. As a Tech Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end AI system design and delivery while leading a sub-team of up to 5 engineers, supporting new Generative AI initiatives and large-scale client projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable AI-driven solutions in Python, applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles.

• Lead end-to-end implementation from data processing through model deployment and API integration.

• Define technical architecture and delivery approach in collaboration with data, cloud, and product teams.

• Provide technical leadership through design decisions, code reviews, and mentoring engineers (6-people team)

• Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices, testing strategies, and DevOps standards.

• Drive PoC development and industrialization of GenAI and LLM-based solutions.

• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and security in enterprise cloud environments.

What we are looking for:

• Strong expertise in Python focused on AI and data-driven systems.

• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning and AI frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and integration with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.

• Proven skills in prompt engineering and orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI.

• Practical experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).

• Solid understanding of MLOps and DevOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.

• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using cloud-native services.

• Strong architectural mindset covering APIs, microservices, IAM, RBAC, and security standards.

• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.

• Fluent English (C1).
