Power BI Developer

We’re currently looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join the team of a leading enterprise services provider operating across finance, retail, telecom, and other sectors. You’ll design and implement cloud-based BI solutions that go beyond dashboards – creating trusted data products, enabling self-service analytics, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize BI solutions using Power BI and Azure Data Platform

• Build interactive dashboards and advanced data models with focus on storytelling and usability

• Develop ETL/ELT processes across cloud and hybrid environments

• Ensure performance, scalability, and data security including role-level access and governance

• Translate business requirements into technical designs delivering measurable business value

• Integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models into BI dashboards

• Support and promote self-service BI adoption across the organization

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in BI development with strong Power BI expertise

• Excellent SQL skills and query optimization experience

• Proficiency in DAX and advanced data modeling

• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling

• Analytical mindset and solid problem-solving skills

• Fluent English (C1), with ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure services: Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric

• Familiarity with Tableau, Qlik, or MS SSRS/SSAS

• Exposure to ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend)

• Understanding of AI/ML integration within BI

• Experience working in Agile environments
