Are you an experienced Network Leader ready to take ownership of enterprise-level infrastructure in a dynamic banking environment?

We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Team Manager to lead a group of skilled network engineers responsible for maintaining and evolving a critical banking network ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ network engineers within the IT operations department

• Oversee administration and maintenance of enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN/firewall environments

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily network operations and performance

• Implement secure, scalable, and high-availability network solutions supporting digital banking services

• Introduce and enforce best practices for network resource management and optimisation

• Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution processes

• Collaborate with vendors and define technical requirements for procurement

• Report key operational metrics and performance indicators to senior IT management

What we are looking for:

• Min. 3 years of experience in managing network infrastructure teams

• Strong hands-on expertise in LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, and switching

• Proven leadership, decision-making, and team motivation skills

• Experience working in regulated industries (finance, banking, telco) is a plus

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage complex infrastructure issues

• Fluent Polish and good command of English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP

• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments

• Familiarity with SDN, SD-WAN, and network automation tools

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards for the financial sector
