Are you an Android Engineer with strong Java or Kotlin skills looking to join a high-impact retail application programme?

We are supporting a leading professional services company in the consulting industry on a large-scale mobile initiative and are now looking for Mobile Engineers to join their Digital Application Development organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and deliver mobile features across Android for a modern retail application.

• Transform UX prototypes and functional requirements into production-ready components.

• Implement API integrations and align with enterprise backend systems.

• Ensure performance, stability, and secure handling of mobile workflows.

• Work closely with backend, design, and analytics teams to support end-to-end delivery.

• Contribute to module modernisation and uphold best engineering practices.

• Follow established delivery standards and participate in continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Min. 3 years of commercial experience in Android development using Java or Kotlin.

• Proven ability to deliver production-grade components in fast-paced environments.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, mobile integration patterns, and modern architecture.

• Knowledge of state handling, performance optimisation, and secure mobile flows.

• Hands-on experience with Git and Agile delivery teams.

• Good communication skills in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI coding tools (commercial or private).

• Exposure to Flutter or React Native.

• Background in payment or identity integrations.

• Experience with retail or enterprise-grade mobile systems.
