Join a strategic programme in the banking sector, developing a new Corporate Credit Application System.

As a Test Lead, you’ll guide a 15+ member QA team within a 100-person QA department, ensuring quality and test excellence across a large-scale platform rebuild.

Key responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and coordinate functional, integration, and regression testing

• Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers

• Manage defect lifecycle, test reporting, and cross-team coordination

• Drive implementation of API testing and SQL validation practices

• Collaborate with project management, development, and business analysis teams

• Support setup of automated test frameworks and CI/CD integrations

• Ensure compliance with enterprise QA standards and release governance

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in a lead role

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC processes

• Hands-on experience with Postman, SoapUI, and SQL

• Proven track record in multi-stream enterprise testing coordination

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Fluency in Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, or other automation tools

• ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager certification
