Key responsibilities:

• Own Azure DevOps pipelines across multiple environments and delivery workstreams

• Build and maintain scalable CI CD structures with a strong focus on security, governance, and reliability

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep

• Introduce and support AI-assisted workflows to enhance deployment speed and quality

• Diagnose pipeline and infrastructure issues, ensuring stable and predictable releases

• Coordinate with development teams to align build, deployment, and branching strategies

• Provide technical mentoring and guidance on DevOps best practices

• Support planning activities and contribute to predictable sprint and release processes

• Contribute to environment design, configuration, monitoring, and observability

• Act as the technical escalation point for DevOps-related challenges

What we are looking for

• Senior-level experience managing Azure DevOps in enterprise delivery environments

• Strong knowledge of Linux, containerisation, and Kubernetes

• Deep understanding of networking, protocols, and security fundamentals

• Proven hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC

• Experience integrating CI CD processes with Git and cloud-native workflows

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to lead complex incident resolution

• Ability to coach developers and influence engineering discipline across teams

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish

• Proactive ownership mindset, reliability, and strong delivery focus

Nice to have

• Azure certifications

• Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions

• Experience integrating AI workflows into DevOps processes

• Background in consulting delivery models
