We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst to join our team and provide top-tier support to our US-based clients. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with global teams, and develop your skills in the fast-paced world of business and IT integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong and lasting relationships
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for seamless project implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on release management, compliance, and service desk operations
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and ensure SLAs are consistently met
- Provide first-line service desk support as needed (some 24/7 availability may be required).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (Master’s students also welcome!)

1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent academic background
- Familiarity with financial services software, APIs, and tools like Postman
- Basic knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, or VB.NET
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving
- ITIL or PMP certifications are a plus
