💼 Responsibilities:

✅ Independently managing recruitment processes for technical positions 👨‍💻

✅ Building and leading a team of recruiters 🤝

✅ Collaborating with the sales department to attract clients and offer recruitment solutions 📈

✅ Working closely with sales managers to refine job requirements 📝

✅ Actively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, industry platforms, direct search) 🔍

✅ Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' technical skills 🎙️

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment

✔️ Strong understanding of technical topics and the IT market 🌍

✔️ Fluent in Polish & English (required) 🗣️

✔️ Sales and negotiation skills 🤝

✔️ Proactive, independent, and highly committed mindset 💡
