Are you a ServiceNow Engineer with proven expertise in Now Assist and AI-driven integrations? Would you like to join a large-scale GenAI programme, helping deliver production-ready AI features across ServiceNow platforms?

We are looking for GenAI Engineers – ServiceNow to join an exciting long-term engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and tune Now Assist Skills, Agents and Virtual Agent flows

  • Implement Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes and scripted REST APIs

  • Integrate ServiceNow with RAG pipelines, LLM providers and vector databases securely

  • Create prompt templates, context management and basic prompt-tuning controls

  • Implement telemetry, error handling and logging for AI components

  • Support UAT, production rollout and post-deployment stabilisation

  • Produce technical documentation, test artefacts and runbooks


What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development with hands-on Now Assist Skills / Agent implementations

  • Strong JavaScript / Glide API skills plus experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external APIs and RAG/vector stores

  • Solid understanding of secure integration patterns (OAuth2, certificate management)

  • Ability to translate business processes into ServiceNow flows and deliver working prototypes quickly

  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus
