Key responsibilities

• Design and develop backend microservices in Python using Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript

• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic

• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone or Chroma

• Develop AI workflow orchestration including prompt routing, retrieval logic, tool execution, memory handling, and multi-agent flows using LangChain and LangGraph

• Design and expose APIs connecting AI services with financial systems, credit decision engines, and customer platforms

• Manage structured and unstructured data pipelines using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and data lake environments

• Deploy and operate services using Docker in Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data science teams across the US and Europe

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Python backend development (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

• Hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript

• 1-2+ years of experience working with GenAI, LLM APIs, or vector databases

• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, embeddings, and retrieval frameworks

• Strong experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Understanding of prompt optimization, token usage, and AI system integration patterns

• B2+ English and confidence working with distributed global teams

• Experience in enterprise or banking environments is a strong advantage

• Nice to have:

  • Experience with complex distributed systems

  • Exposure to multi-agent architectures

  • Background in regulated or compliance-driven platforms
