We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and implement automation and AI solutions for recruitment processes at scale. This is a technical, product-focused role—not a recruiter position. You will build and optimise AI agents, bots, and automated workflows that streamline sourcing, screening, communication, and pipeline management for our talent acquisition teams.
You will partner closely with recruiters, sales, and leadership to understand pain points and then deliver practical automation to improve speed, quality, and scale in all recruitment activities.
What You’ll Do

Design and build AI-powered tools and bots to automate sourcing, screening, communication, and pipeline management

Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), prompt-based agents, and vector search systems to enable smart recruitment workflows

Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and seamless integrations across ATS, CRM, messaging, and collaboration platforms

Identify bottlenecks in recruitment processes and deliver scalable AI/ML or RPA solutions to fix them

Stay on top of the latest AI advancements and continuously evaluate tools to boost speed, quality, and reach

Ensure performance, data privacy, and reliability of all deployed systems

Collaborate directly with recruiters, sales, and leadership to align automation with real business needs
Your Toolkit

Languages: Python & Node.js (strong proficiency required)

Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, Flask

AI/LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini

Tools: Zapier, Make, webhooks, API integrations

Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)

Data Layer: Vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate (nice to have)
What You Bring

4+ years of experience as a software or AI/ML engineer

Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI, automation, or intelligent systems

Deep expertise in LLM integration, AI agents, and prompt engineering

Practical experience in microservice architecture, APIs, and automation workflows

Sharp analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset

Full working proficiency in English (C1)
