Project Description
You'll be working in the Legal Technology engineering team in Poland. We are a dynamic and growing team based primarily in Zurich and Poland with a global footprint. We deliver technology solutions to Group General Counsel (Legal) using state of the art software both from major vendors in the field and in-house developments. The Legal industry is a hot bed for new technology. In the current environment, we are working on projects in areas such as Document Management, Matter & Spend Management. Our mission is to adopt the Cloud, implement advanced solutions for automation and self-service in Legal processes.
Responsibilities
- collaborate closely with vendor-, delivery-, infrastructure- and project teams, giving technical advice, reviewing designs, implementing CI/CD pipelines and helping out when required
- liaise with the Business and Solution Architect to proactively drive Business / IT alignment
- provide SME and Level-3 support
- plan and coordinate all infrastructure and database needs and meet non-functional aspect of an applications
- increase of automation and provide DevOps support
- provide high and low-level estimates of efforts
- participate in project work (agile delivery methodology)
- define and implement checklist- and standardization guidelines
Skills
Must have
- min. 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, deployment and/or solutions architecture (ideally in finance sector)
- experience with software deployment and software packaging
- Microsoft Azure skills are mandatory
- development skills like PowerShell and Python
- firm grasp of Windows operating systems
- understanding of a broad range of platforms, technologies and tools
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- university degree in technical field
Nice to have
- experience in Enterprise System Deployments within Legal, Professional Services and/or financial services will be a plus
