Full-stack Developer (Node.js & React.js)

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer (Node.js & React.js) to join our partner, an innovative Swedish B2B SaaS. The platform enables brands to launch AI-powered TV advertising campaigns in minutes – reaching audiences across both traditional TV and modern streaming platforms.

Main tasks:

• Develop a new B2B SaaS platform, turning product ideas into working features

• Quickly implement and iterate on features based on product priorities

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Collaborate with the team on technical decisions and product design

• Integrate with third-party services and internal tools as needed

• Help shape the product’s architecture with a pragmatic, startup-minded approach

• Startup mindset - Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, focusing on delivering value quickly (“good is better than perfect”) rather than over-engineering.

• Collaborative - We work primarily async through Slack, so clear communication, thoughtful written updates, and proactive sharing are key.

• Culture fit - Enjoys ownership, transparency, and teamwork. Motivated by impact, not bureaucracy.

Must have:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills

• Familiarity with any cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)

• Good communication skills in English

• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to boost productivity and experiment efficiently

About the Team:

You’ll be joining a small but experienced core team:

• Founding Tech Lead - hands-on, deeply technical, driving product development

• Fractional CTO - strategic guidance and best practices from a senior technology leader

• Business Lead - seasoned entrepreneur focused on growth and customer success
