Scope of Responsibilities

• Define and shape test automation strategy and architecture

• Perform requirement and test analysis

• Design test scenarios and test cases

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts

• Execute automated and manual tests and report results

• Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis

• Build and enhance test frameworks and supporting tools

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and ensure effective communication

• Estimate testing workload and resource needs

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with testing and test management tools

• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals (equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level)

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Practical experience with Robot Framework

• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to work in an international and distributed team environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Background in financial services or payment systems
