Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Workmate AI – a conversational (voice/chat) interface

• Build a mobile-first, user-focused application

• Work iteratively – develop MVPs, test, and optimize

• Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Designer, and the engineering team

• Contribute to shaping product direction and AI feature development

Tech Stack

• AI products

• React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript

• Kotlin, Go (minimum – highly desired)

• Tailwind, Playwright

• Docker, Terraform

• MongoDB

• LLM development (nice to have)

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer

• Expert-level knowledge of:

  • React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, AI products

• Experience with:

  • Building MVPs, gathering feedback, and iterative product development

  • Developing AI-based solutions and conversational components (chat/voice) – preferred

  • Working in Agile environments with high autonomy

• Strong focus on code quality, clean architecture, and continuous improvement

• Excellent collaboration skills with Product and Design teams
