We are currently looking for a Senior Database Support Specialist for a new project.

• Hybrid work in Warsaw - 2 days per week in the office

• Rate up to 105 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B contract)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Managing at least several hundred MS SQL and Azure Cosmos databases.

• Proficiency in daily DBA management (diagnosis, troubleshooting, incident response, technical consultancy).

• Experience in planning and controlling IT operations.

• Experience working in a financial institution.

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and continuously improving database operations.

• Collaborating with the Database Engineering team.

• Reducing the number and duration of critical incidents.

• Optimizing the use of resources.

• Enhancing support for other IT teams.
