What will you do? 🚀

• Review reports submitted by users testing new versions of the application;

• Analyze bugs, suggestions and feedback related to product performance;

• Ask follow-up questions when a report is unclear or missing important details;

• Support users and respond to their questions;

• Assess which issues are the most important and should be quickly escalated to the team;

• Work closely with QA, developers, support and product teams;

• Support the process of releasing new app versions to selected users;

• Prepare short summaries of the most common issues, trends and feedback from user reports.

What do we expect? ✅

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably at L2 level, or at least 1 year of experience in manual testing of mobile applications;

• Good understanding of mobile applications for Android and iOS;

• Familiarity with tools used for handling tickets, bugs or test cases;

• Very good English skills, especially in written communication and user contact;

• Ability to clearly describe technical issues;

• Accuracy and good work organization;

• Independence in daily tasks;

• Readiness to work in Warsaw or in a model agreed with the team;

• English level B2+.

Nice to have ⭐

• Experience in log analysis;

• Basic technical understanding of how mobile applications work;

• Understanding of client-server architecture;

• Experience working with testers or user communities;

• Ability to work with test data or test reports.
