We are looking for a Functional Analyst who will analyze and translate requirements into comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• As Functional Analyst point of contact you analyse and translate requirements into end-to-end solutions, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient.

• Iteratively you realize solutions to ensure rapid time to market and immediate value.

• You monitor & analyse incidents, defects & identify the necessary actions to resolve.

• You execute test in collaboration with other teams and colleagues.

• You continuously strive for efficiency and excellent customer experiences

Your Profile:

• You MUST be trilingual English, Dutch and French. EN/FR or EN/NL must be excellent

• You MUST experienced in Automation

• You have strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies.

• You are able to assess requirements and solutions end2end.

• You are a good listener, you think and act with a customer-centric mindset.

• You like to facilitate meetings and feel confident to deliver presentations in a group.

• You like to work against deadlines (sprints) and have an agile mindset.
