DevOps Expert Developer!

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain continuous integration systems supporting business deliveries.

• Drive the adoption of the bank’s strategic CI/CD platform and promote DevOps standards, automation, and culture.

• Manage source code repositories and apply best branching practices.

• Automate software builds, testing, and deployments across multiple environments.

• Implement and oversee continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.

• Integrate engineering tools to streamline development workflows (e.g., test automation results, automated release notes, agile toolset integrations).

• Ensure governance of deployments and high reliability of delivery processes.

📌 Required skills & experience:

• Solid expertise with Jenkins and Bamboo CI/CD solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Ansible (AWX or AAP platforms).

• Proficiency in Terraform, plus programming in Python or Go.

• Experience with Artifactory, Bitbucket/Git, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Knowledge of Maven and Gradle build processes.

• Strong understanding of Java applications.

• Containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with API services and load balancing setups.

• Security-first approach to DevOps practices.

📌 Additional assets:

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud solutions.

• Strong programming background and knowledge of software development lifecycles.

• Linux RHEL ecosystem expertise, including scripting (Bash, Python).

• Understanding of configuration, release, and change management processes.

• Experience with SonarQube or other code quality/security tools.

• Solution-oriented mindset, ownership of tasks, and proactive problem-solving skills.
