Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Expert Scrum Master to lead a release train of 90+ people across 7 Scrum teams. This role combines agile leadership with strong technical understanding of data platforms and enterprise solutions.

Key technical areas:

• Java microservice development

• Kafka (producers & consumers)

• Database & data warehouse development (Oracle, Snowflake)

• Power BI / SSAS

• Business domain: Transaction Banking / Payment Data (e.g., ISO20022)

Must-have knowledge and experience:

• SAFe Release Train Engineer, 4+ years

• Scrum, 4+ years

• Data warehouse / Data engineering

• Solution architecture (data platforms)

• Software engineering (Java / Python)

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

• Payments & Transaction Banking business knowledge

• ISO20022

• SWIFT
