🧑‍💻 About the role

You’ll work in a small product team and be directly involved in product development — from innovation and idea validation to strategy and interface design. Our solution is used by more than a thousand clients and affects millions of users across various e-shops.

💫 What makes you a great fit

You’ll work in a small product team and be directly involved in product development — from innovation and idea validation to strategy and shaping the overall user experience. Our solution is used by more than a thousand clients and affects millions of users across various e-shops.

Experience & Expertise

• You have hands-on experience in UX design and research across multiple projects for different clients or products.

• You are able to independently lead UX projects from initial brief through delivery, evaluation, and iteration.

• You have solid experience with UX research and a good understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

• You can work confidently with data and analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics) and translate insights into design decisions.

• You have experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma.

UX & Product Skills

• You are able to validate and improve UX solutions through research, usability testing, and continuous iteration.

• You can create and develop personas, customer journeys, and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels.

• You have experience facilitating design sprints, workshops, or research sessions.

• You are comfortable designing solutions based on research insights rather than assumptions.

• You understand and can advocate for design thinking and customer experience (CX) principles.

Collaboration & Communication

• You can clearly articulate the value of UX and design decisions to a wide range of stakeholders.

• You have experience collaborating with UI designers, copywriters, developers, product managers, and business owners.

• You are open to sparring, discussion, and constructive feedback.

Personal Qualities

• You are detail-oriented with a strong sense of empathy for users.

• You have strong analytical and logical thinking skills and can identify insights others may overlook.

• Your work does not end with a handoff. You naturally continue with evaluation, learning, and iteration.

• You are independent, curious, and motivated to continuously learn and grow.

• You bring energy, fresh ideas, and a proactive mindset.
